Our Doctor behind every smile, is Dr. Paul Fouché. When asked why Dr Fouché chose orthodontics, the answer was simple: “Orthodontics to me, is choosing to start a journey with every patient and seeing them develop into their full potential.”
“I have had the privilege of witnessing a life-changing transformation time and time again. To see how my patients’ teeth straighten and their smiles improve, the bite functioning and jaw alignment optimized – that is my passion! That is why I devoted myself to this specialist discipline of dentistry.”
Dr Fouché made sure he qualified at the top of his dental class with a distinction, a gold medal from the South African Dental Association and honorary colours from the University of Pretoria in 2007 to prove it. After completing a Post-Graduate Orthodontics Diploma with distinction, he pursued a 4-year specialization Degree in Orthodontics which he completed Cum Laude. He now devotes his career only to orthodontic treatment and lives by the belief of smiles matter!

Dr Nadia Fouché served Kempton Park as general dentist for 9 years. She has a special interest in facial aesthetics, all that concerns the smile and beyond.
She graduated from the University of Pretoria’s Dental School in 2007 and ranked 2nd in her class, hard on the heels of Dr Paul. The opening of Fouche Orthodontics was part of their 10th Wedding Anniversary (2009) celebration.
Dr Paul, with the assistance of Dr Nadia, are both only overseeing the orthodontic component of your dental treatment, while your referring dentist takes care of the rest of your dental needs.
Clarissa needs no introduction, as she is part and parcel of the Kempton Park community. You will find her in our reception, where she lights up the practice entrance as Fouche Orthodontics' treatment coordinator.
She will guide and assist you in your braces journey and make sure you understand the treatment process.
Clarissa is an avid animal lover, and devotes her spare time to the grooming and care of pets in our area. She is also a keen sports enthusiast, her favourite being hockey, where she has assisted in the coaching of local teams in our community.

Sisi qualified as a dental assistant in 2013 and as an oral hygienist in 2019 which makes her dual-qualified in her profession.
She is passionate about dentistry and is very practical and hands-on. Sisi’s patients grow fond of her quickly and appreciate her knowledge and advice in their braces journey.
Sisi is adventurous, appreciates the outdoors and is always open for new challenges.
Sisi has a natural flair for orthodontic treatment and beautiful smiles.
Karabo is an oral hygienist who is enthralled by beautiful smiles and healthy gums.
She qualified from the University of Witwatersrand in 2018.
She has a collected personality that allows her to relate with people of all ages and any background.
One cannot help but feel calm and cared for when in Karabo’s presence.
Karabo is career driven but also loves her role as a mom and spending time outdoors with her son.
We are happy to have Karabo part of our team.
Esmeralda takes care of your account at Fouche Orthodontics as well as the overall administration of the practice. Bookkeeping always intrigued her and even though an excellent receptionist herself, the office is where you’ll find her most of the time.
You might be fooled by Esmeralda’s serious side. Back in school she was an officer in the Voortrekkers and received the “floating trophy” for the one who played the most tricks and pranks on others during that specific year.
We appreciate Esmeralda’s excellent sense of humour and dedication to her role and responsibilities in the practice.
She will gladly assist you with queries regarding your account.
You will find Celiwe at Fouche Orthodontics’ reception ready to assist with general enquiries and scheduling of your appointments.
She is also in charge of the all-important instrument sterilisation, practice hygiene & stock control.
Celiwe is consistent, thorough and has the voice of an angel. Reading is a hobby she enjoys most.
